Adam did a thorough assessment of our plumbing prior to repiping, so we had a good idea what to expect. The job was completed on time and slightly under the estimate, with minimal disruption to our lives even with the inevitable complications of an old house. We are enjoying vastly improved water flow and have peace of mind because this job could be accomplished promptly, before anything broke! We have one more big plumbing job still to go, and we know who we'll call.

Called & got next day service. Brandon was very very professional. He did a GREAT job. He indicated what problems were & gave us different options to resolve issues. Price seemed to be about average. Cleaned up afterwards & was in no hurry to solve problems. Thanks Brandon & Gene Johnson Co, Al

After having a terrible experience with Fast Water Heater (though Home Depot) Home Depot hired Gene Johnson Plumbing to come out to my home to figure out what the other company did wrong installing a water heater. Fast Water Heater has been out to my home 5 times (not to include two missed appointments where they never even called to cancel). Gene Johnson sent out Jason P. and he was professional, courteous and immediately saw the issues which were causing our water heater to not produce enough hot water for our home's needs... read more
I don't advise any one to use Gene Johnson do to the quality of staff and knowledge they will use your project as training session and keep billing you without fixing the problem they have been trying to fix a heating problem in my house for the last two years and keep billing me every time they come using that excuse of we found something different need to be fix so far I paid them more than $9000 and problem hasn't been fix I know I should feel like an idiot (
