Watched this channel for over a year before I ordered anything. I have now ordered quite a few items and have found all to be as presented, and the value for money seems very good, especially for the higher priced items. I was a rockhound when I was a kid and have a natural love of minerals and gems and this channel gives me the opportunity to see materials offered that I would not normally have access to. They are also very informative on the items they offer. I only wish I had found them sooner.

My latest purchase was the fifth item I bought from GSN in as many months. It is for sure the BEST deal yet!!! For about seven hours, no one bought this BEAUTIFUL ruby with white and yellow diamond bracelet. And almost at the end of the show, Steve showed it one more time while emphasizing the value of the item. So, I called in to buy it, and it was the best decision I could have made!!! I wasn't looking to buy another item so soon, but I am so glad I did it!!! Thank you, Steve!!!!

I find that Gem Shopping falls short of their HIGHLY regarded reputation. Their Reps who you initially have contact with when you call their 800 number appear to want to sell you the item you were inquiring able, whether it's what you wanted to purchase or just wanting info on the specifics of that item. I also find and feel that some of their TV Hosts can be quite annoying by screaming out info on items they are showcasing for the callers to excite the viewers to grab at their Special (?) offers. I have ordered several pieces of jewelry over the last 9 months and have been very happy with each purchase. Everything has exceeded my expectations. I have taken most pieces to my local jeweler and he could not even make some of the pieces for what I paid. I am a happy customer.
