I have been shopping with Gem Shopping Network for 2 years now and have always had professional quality interactions with the sales staff, especially Pearl and Liam. As a disabled senior citizen, GSN is a wonderful asset for me. I can shop for gifts right from my chair. The prices are great and the quality of the gems exceptional. I've never returned an item because I could see the gems from all angles. And the show hosts are so professional they don't hesitate to show you if a gem does not reach the highest standard of quality. Thank you, GSN. You're amazing!

I have been buying from Gem Shopping for many many years. Everything is as described and then some. Their customer service is excellent having had a small issue which was professionally and quickly taken care of. I watch the show often and have learned so much about gems and jewelry. I repeatedly refer friends to this station.

I have been a GSN customer for a few years now. I have purchased several items with each great satisfaction. This time, I called to ask Ben Kho if he had a few loose stones of a certain kind. Ben is a 25 time award winning gemstone cutter. I was on the phone with a very patient customer svc rep for approximately 20 minutes while waited for Ben to find what I wanted. My point, is that GSN rep's and vendors go out of their way to assure a great experience with every sale.

I have purchased 4 rings from Gem Shopping and love them. The quality and price can't be beat. I did purchase a ring and pair of earrings that I ended up returning; returns were very easy and a refund was issued to my credit card fairly quickly. I don't shop for jewelry anywhere else now; I love Gem Shopping Network!

Great selection of incredible jewelry. Just to see some of the most expensive items makes it worth watching. I learn a lot, too, from the various hosts. Wish they had more women hosts, though.
