I have been very pleased with my experience with the Gem Shopping Network. Staff members have been polite, professional and very helpful. Candace, who is a representative on the 7 pm - 3am shift has been particularly helpful. The selection of merchandise is excellent and iI have purchased several items. I have also made returns and the process is relatively easy. My only semi-complaint is the camera angle and sizing of the items.
