I have been buying for several months now. They never cease to amaze me with their outstanding jewelry or customer service. They mean it when they say "Get it home, see if you really like it, and if not, just return it to us." I have never been hassled or treated unfairly, when I have returned items, that just weren't the right item for me. I love your prices and merchandise but some of your hosts little to be desired. Kurt thinks everyone should jump when he has an item he is pushing and I find that extremely undesirable. He has very bad businessman like ways of selling your merchandise. I have spent a a lot of money with your company and I don't need someone such as a salesperson to try to force me to buy something that I don't like. Flawless transaction with knowledgeable network rep Solomon. Item appraised over double what I paid, sized accurately. My jewelry bucket list is finished due to availability and pricing on exclusive stones and designer mountings. Thank you Gem Shopping. Mike is my favorite host. He and Deanna make their presentations interesting and fun. I was disappointed with my latest purchase, however. The clasp on the Sleeping Beauty necklace was cheap and insecure for a $400. necklace. I've had to use magnetic extension pieces on it to wear it, but don't "trust" them either. Otherwise, I'm a fan of GSN.

I've watched GSN for a few years. I love the mix of banter among the hosts while they educate the audience (me!) about the gems themselves. In the last few months, I purchased my first two items from them. The quality for the price paid is unbelievable, in the best way possible! Quality jewelry at below retail pricing. Show hosts are knowledgeable and customer service phone reps are helpful. I needed the ring sized down and they gladly accommodated my request for a reasonable fee. They sent the tracking info so I could plan on being home when the package arrived. Sent in a large overnight shipping box (as opposed to a small jewelry sized box that could get lost or stolen easily). I will hope to purchase again in the future.

GSN is pleasant to work with whether you are purchasing or returning an item purchased. If you just occasionally shop in any jewelry store and then compare prices it is obvious you get the same or better quality from GSN with much better pricing. I personally like the estate sales which are fascinating. As a male who appreciates jewelry it is always the same rings, etc. Estate sales are refreshing and always have unique and quality items.
