Nothing but good to say. Had to return my first purchase as it was too small and delicate. Customer service beyond helpful and kind. My second purchase is lovely and I'm very pleased with it. I have been buying for several months now. They never cease to amaze me with their outstanding jewelry or customer service. They mean it when they say "Get it home, see if you really like it, and if not, just return it to us." I have never been hassled or treated unfairly, when I have returned items, that just weren't the right item for me. I love your prices and merchandise but some of your hosts little to be desired. Kurt thinks everyone should jump when he has an item he is pushing and I find that extremely undesirable. He has very bad businessman like ways of selling your merchandise. I have spent a a lot of money with your company and I don't need someone such as a salesperson to try to force me to buy something that I don't like. Mike is my favorite host. He and Deanna make their presentations interesting and fun. I was disappointed with my latest purchase, however. The clasp on the Sleeping Beauty necklace was cheap and insecure for a $400. necklace. I've had to use magnetic extension pieces on it to wear it, but don't "trust" them either. Otherwise, I'm a fan of GSN.
