I am extremely pleased with Gem Shopping Network. I've found all their jewelry to be exactly as represented. I've had some returns but they were all because I didn't like what I ordered. The return process is extremely easy and the customer service representatives are very polite. I only problem is sometimes there are so many similar items it's hard to pick the one I want. Also sometimes someone else says SOLD before I do and I have to pick something else. You have be prepared Incase you have to act fast.

I have been buying from GSN for years and I love them! I have returned a few items without ANY problems, but I love their jewelry and gemstones. The prices cannot be beat. I get a lot of education from GSN, too. I'll keep buying as long as a can!!!

I've purchased approximately 6 jewelry items on GSN and have had positive experiences. I wasn't entirely happy with a couple of the items, which can happen when not viewing in person. They honored their return policy to the letter and I was able to return the items without any difficulty. I recommend GSN and feel they're an honest and reputable company that offers great prices on unusual and high end jewelry.
