I have been shopping from GSN for several years and have had to return only three items. Never had a problem with GSN, however did have a stolen problem with **** (this too was resolved). 99% of the time you get what you pay for and expect, which is more than I can say about the cheap products coming out of China. The sales reps super nice and helpful. All in all I will continue to shop @ GSN . Thank You!

My first purchase was in 2016 which was a 2.17 ct yellow diamond outlined with white and yellow diamonds in plat. I get so many compliments and my other purchases are a beautiful large expensive emerald again many looks. A beautiful Ruby ring and many earrings such as emerald, ruby, and sapphire. I've sent back many pricey items and never a negative on my returns. The reps are also wonderful and the hosts are informative and I can't wait to make my next purchase. HA! HA! I LIED!!!! I only got here by clicking for a "yes" recommendation since when you click "no" and then add comments it goes no where. (Typical of Gem Shopping where Customer Service is no existent and they don't want anything negative directed toward them. Unbelievable jewelry. If you are apprehensive about going into a jewelry store this site is for you. The pieces are all amazing, the quality is outstanding especially the estate pieces, the hosts are all trustworthy and state the truth about each piece. I watched for awhile before purchasing for the first time, now my husband asks if i am watching cat TV? "Lots of bright shiny objects going by" All the time is usually my reply.

I was very happy with the ring I purchased. It got it in 5 days and I even had it sized! Because they offer sizing, I was able to wear the ring as soon as I got it which was awesome.
