Generally, I've been pleased with my purchases. On occasion, I have felt that I paid too much. More recently, having purchased a 15+ carat cabochon opal, I was very dissatisfied with the lack of fire in the opal (it was very milky) -- but I kept it because I bought it for my niece's birthday on the 1st of October and I didn't have time to return/replace it. Fortunately, she said she liked it. I can only hope she really did like it!

Joined GSN in 1998, on C-Band Satellite. Very Rural, and I hate shopping malls. Bought our wedding rings at GSN with Founder Frank, in 1999. Just completed transaction # 80 or so in 21 years, getting our 20-year anniversary present custom-made at GSN. In all that time, we had ONE transaction go bad, and GSN refunded every penny...AFTER 3 YEARS !!! [Old Vendor issue] Honesty Plus. We have purchased about 40 pieces of differed items over the years. All have been fine, only sending several back. We buy what we can afford. Many beautiful pieces from many of the hosts, Ben,etc. Having jewelry from Grandmother, my Mother and my own collection over the years I know how it care for them. I don't wear them to places they may get bumped.(food shop,etc.) I have purchased about 7 or 8 pieces of Amayani from Don. Four have been Sphene. I have had good luck with this company. Yes, they have rules for returning and it does take a month to get our refund but I always get it. Their shipping is high so I usually go "postal" to save a few dollars but still high. Their sales staff has always been great. My fav person is Liam.

My purchase was handled very well, to get 5 stars you would have to offer the jewelry item for free. In the past, I have only received 2 items, that I needed to return for repair, and that was handled in an acceptable timely manner. I mostly watch Mike and Deanne on Jewelry Extravaganza and trust their opinions on the jewelry. Thank you for offering an alternative way to see and buy gems.
