I've been watching for a year and have purchased items from them. They are without a doubt, the best place to buy quality jewelry. Recently I bought a loose stone, today I got the setting from Ben. It's my wife's retirement ring .. it's going to be drop dead gorgeous when I get it. They educate people, they are not just trying to get the sale. Thank you so much for all that you do. I enjoy my purchases at gem shopping network. Returns...No Problem! All the Jewelry is Priced very well. I would advise watching for a week or more prior to purchases. You learn about gemstones and mounting accents, also which days are better value (Tues & Wed) and which vendors bring the types of jewelry you love! Which hosts you like best and the power hour deals. Remember to watch who brings the best tables for your budget. I bought many Holiday and birthday gifts from $395.00 wheels. It's fun to just watch to learn!

Beware of the return policy. If you watch on TV, the hosts tell you that you have a 30 day return policy. That's not true. You have to call within 7 days of purchase to get a return authorization. No exceptions. So, with two-three days shipping, that gives you 4 days to decide if you like the product. Add in a weekend and you have 2 days.

Most of my items I have received have been beautiful. Some I had to send back because they didnt look the same. Size of earrings or color of some stones. But all in all service has been amazing and are willing to work with you
