I purchased a ring for the first time in early February 2025. It arrived. In person it was lovely but exceedingly light at just 2 grams to carry .75 carats of flawless diamonds. It was listed as a *** ******** collection. I called to request a return authorization and they said it was not branded *** ******** ring. I felt somewhat duped and very disappointed. I bought a beautiful pearl necklace and waited over two weeks for them to tell me it was being processed for shipping. Instead, I received a cancellation notice. It read as if I cancelled the order. I sent an email back only for it not to be received by gemshopping. I called and was told to call back on Monday. They took my money and I won't get it back until another 15 business days. So unethical. Be careful. I will never order from them again, let alone watch their show.
They've been honest about every product on TV's descriptions, and that we've purchased. They have the best of the best when it comes quality jewelry and gemstones, and customer service. I personally would recommend *** for your jewelry needs, that is, if you can afford their quality.

I have made over 40 purchases ranging from ******* to ******** that I have kept I am very pleased with the quality and beauty of the jewelry. If the carat weight is less than 4, I ask the host to show how it looks on so I can judge the size. There have been many times I have changed my mind and decided to return an item. No problem reaching customer service and return went smoothly.
I have been trying to reach their customer service department for 5 days. The phone # says customer service is down - 20 calls later same message. I emailed them - 4 times, NO response. I have tried every number on their website to no avail. Even left a message on one phone # and the message said I would get a call back. NOPE.Their policy is you must receive a return authorization number w/in 7 days of receipt of item BEFORE you can return the item otherwise you will not receive a refund. I bought an item but I got it home. Looked nothing like it did on TV where they magnify the jewelry and the hand wearing it. Ems are tiny compared to the screen returned. Item received return on the 19th. Receipt says refund 7 to 10 business days. I called on the 11th day and asked where my money was? I was told no that's 7 to 10 business days. I bid on a ring on the GEM SHOPPING NETWORK and had no idea of what I got until the item came. Once I saw in person the stones on ** appear much larger than they are. The stone sizes are not depicted only the total carat weight is given. Make sure you ask what the size of all stones are to give you a better idea of the accent stone sizes. Over the past several months, I have purchased several items. Some of what I received looked much different in person. Almost as if the scale of the product is being skewed on air. Im not implying that, but the items received are much different in person . The other consideration one should consider when purchasing with GS, is the cost to return an item. I have read the previous complaints and I had to say something positive. I have bought over the past couple years 4 items. I returned only one item as it wasn't to my liking. There was absolutely no issue returning it as I followed by their rules. I am loving the jewelry I bought and although I have a friend who is a jeweler who gives me great prices, I found that with GSN I am getting prices better or comparable to the discount I receive from my friend.
