I purchased a diamond bracelet valued at $77,000, screenshot of GSN representation is available. Upon receipt of the bracelet,I received an AJI valuation of $33,000 also available. Upon taking the item to jeweler, I received a retail valuation of $10,000-$12,000. I paid $11,900 for this item. My mother and I have watched a few weeks of GSN and I've found not the show to be an issue but the actual ways to get information about a certain item to be more of an issue. If I go for the live chat for my mother I get some of the most unprofessional people I've ever met and do not bother to read more than 5 words of what is written. If I ask a time limit or a price, I want a direct answer- not some rude colloquial beating around the bush language to try to sell it to me NOW NOW NOW. I have enjoyed watching the show and seeing unique gems and designs I would never find at home. The quality of the pieces have been very nice, and the few items I have returned have been refunded without issue. I find it to be a trusted site.
GEM Shopping Network is an honest business that offers high quality jewelry at reasonable prices, considering the value of the gemstones. I have watched this Network for years now and have gained a great deal of knowledge about gemstones, especially rare gems. I have been very happy with their customer service and return policies. I have been able to return items that I did not like and have received full refunds, minus shipping costs.
I used to enjoy shopping on Gem Shopping network until I saw my invoice for a ring that I purchased. The ring was supposed to be $695 plus shipping and taxes. No one could explain to me why the price of the ring was $895 and not the original $695 as quoted to me. I also purchased what was supposed to be a three row diamond ring. I finally got to my jeweler yesterday to have it resized only to find out side rows where not diamonds but white sapphires. So no more Gem shopping network for me.
I have been shopping with GSN for years, the last 2 purchase's have ended my shopping with them. I got a star sapphire ring, I asked them if it's a strong 6 ray star. They said it is a very strong star. When the ring came the sapphire was a big cloud with a faint star. Very very faint, in every light I put it in. I called the support, I was on hold for 25 min. I've been watching for a year and have purchased items from them. They are without a doubt, the best place to buy quality jewelry. Recently I bought a loose stone, today I got the setting from Ben.
