On three separate occasions, I was charged more than the price quoted. The third time I had video recorded the program, including the item number and on-air price given. When I received an email of the order several hours later, the price had increased over $200.00this was on a Friday. I called GSN and was told I would have to call **************** the following Monday. i am appalled with ******************** bold gold..the ring i purchased is 20k..the ring itself is really nice..however..they failed to include in the desciption that the shank was made like that of a ring your kid gets from a bubble gum machine!!! at no time was the ring described as adjustable..and because it looks like a cheap child's ring has totally turned me off...i can't wait to call them monday and voice my complaint...never in my life has this ever happenend!!!!!

I think this is a "bait and switch" operation. I recently bought a dark purple tanzanite beaded necklace from them. They stated it was **** inches long but I measured it out to only 21 inches including the clasp. Worse yet, the dark purple stones turned out to be pale lavender! They state in their "Terms and Conditions of Sale" "Your order it's considered an offer to purchase, which may be accepted, modified or rejected in GNS's sole discretion". I returned a ring that had defective prongs and they charged me a $200.00 restocking fee plus s/h for a defective product. I didnt even have it out of the box and the prongs snagged the jewelry cloth. I tried it on and it tore my blouse. Their staff deemed it OK. Buyer beware. They do not stand behind their so called 100% satisfaction. **************

I purchased what they said was a Paribas tourmaline with a appraisal saying it is worth 10 thousand dollars, took it to my jeweler and it isn't a Pariba its a appetite stone, very cheap!! Spent 3500 dollars and it's worth 900.

Great deals compared to retail!!! I love the Fifth Avenue diamonds, the Beverly Hills estate jewelry, the amazing opal jewelry and the high-end designer jewelry. I just love to watch and learn. They have frequent off-air deals and , if you're a " frequent flier" they really work with you. Just call in. It's so easy. They will show the item live on TV with all the details as you speak with a Customer Service Rep. You do not have to buy it. Most items are priced outright, and sold to the first taker. How frustrating to listen to Hunter, one of the GSN showhost, when he mumbles and fumbles over completing a sentence. The other showhost are no better they speed through the description of an item and scream at the top of their lungs. The least professional group of show host on tv. I wish Frank was back at the helm to make gem shopping a pleasurable experience.

I purchased a ring total of almost 1600. I've tried purchasing before but never pulled the trigger. It's a lot of money, especially now when my job furloughs me due to covid. I freaked out and canceled my order and received nothing but rudeness from Kenton. I had then remove my account. Why would I buy from a company that treats you like **** when you have to cancel an order. That's just poor customer service. Never again. Kenton needs to quit with the attitude.
