I have purchased several items from Gem Shopping Network recently. I found the sales staff to be extremely helpful during the purchase process. They ship products via FedEx and require a signature upon delivery even for an item costing $59. This is comforting to know that the package will not sit on a porch and be open to theft. I changed my mind about a product and called within the 7 day return window to receive a return authorization. They were very professional and just wanted a reason for the return (I changed my mind).... read more
