I have been shopping wit GSN for several years and simply love the selection, variety, quality, on air service, education, professionalism and customer service. I have had to return a few items and it has been a very easy process. Please keep up the great work and keep doing what you are doing.

First this is a five star review. I have purchased a number of jewelry items and have been pleased and in most cases Very pleased with my purchases, I find the prices to be fair and I no longer purchase jewelry from any other source. I have become a fan of the program and many of the hosts. I strongly recommend you purchase an item and see if you aren't completely satisfied

I am a fine jewelry junkie. I've ordered and kept five to six items over the past few years. I love that the presenters will take your price offer seriously and negotiate if they are able. The customer service representatives have always been helpful and considerate. I think their business model works well for them, as well as, for their customers. If you can't find what you want at your local jeweler, I highly recommend trying out GSN.

I wasn't even planning on getting another ring...but I saw the great deals on Kat Florence rings, and I had to call in to get one! I got the ring that I saw on the live show, and I got the ring within a couple of business days. The ring is my fourth from Gem Shopping, and I LOVE IT!!! Things could not have been better! Thank you so very much!!!

I am thrilled with the quality of my purchase. The emeralds are brilliant and the setting is worth every penny. I know that the ring if bought in the brick and mortar store would be worth triple the price.

I purchased custom blue moonstone in sterling silver ring in late August and given a 6-8 week waiting period; I received the ring within 4 weeks. I will have to have it resized but only because I was not sure of the exact size when I ordered it. The rep who helped me on the phone was thorough and very professional. The ring is even better than I had hoped for from them...thanks Ben for the beautiful stone and mounting!!

By far one of the few companies in today's business environment that actually goes above and beyond to skillfully draw, retain and build their customer base. By far represents the highest value for the dollar, for someone like me who can't drop $85,000 on my credit card Mr. Ruby Necklace - nor would I if I could; not without them flying me in for a live look, nice dinner and cigar. I encountered inconsistent responses from the customer service department regarding their effort to resolve an issue. Initially, I thought the issue was resolved, and I could continue as a customer of this business. Though upon follow up the customer service department neglected to honor the resolution.

Have been shopping with Gem shopping network for a short time after finding him on my cable network. I have purchased at least 7 rings and only returned one of them .Thier customer service has worked with me on several purchases. They have helped me cancel orders to purchase other jewelry I have seen after I had bought them . No problems what so ever. They even honored an auction that there was a computer glitch.
