Have always had perfect response and happy with all the many returns I have made(they never claim to reimburse for return postage, which is fine). I am usually delighted with the quality and beauty of items and if not, for whatever reason, they happily accept my returns. Great service and professionalism along with the confidence that everything is checked and verified by contents and weight and genuine article keep me coming back instead of using cheaper riskier venues.

I'm a new customer of the Gem Shopping Network, although I have been watching it for years. I recently purchased some estate jewelry, and have been very pleased with what I now have. The quality is very good, and I have some assurance on the authenticity of the pieces. As well as a little bit of an established history. Adjustments and delivery were very prompt too. I purchased a pair of tourmaline and white topaz earrings in rhodium coated silver (my first purchase). They are pretty and look like good quality but they don't have good closure and I'm afraid to wear them the way they are. It would be cost prohibitive to return them so I will have to spend more money at the jeweler to see if they can be fixed to be usable.
