Have always had perfect response and happy with all the many returns I have made(they never claim to reimburse for return postage, which is fine). I am usually delighted with the quality and beauty of items and if not, for whatever reason, they happily accept my returns. I purchased a pair of tourmaline and white topaz earrings in rhodium coated silver (my first purchase). They are pretty and look like good quality but they don't have good closure and I'm afraid to wear them the way they are. It would be cost prohibitive to return them so I will have to spend more money at the jeweler to see if they can be fixed to be usable.
