Had the car towed to the dealership. I needed a new key and it had to be programmed. The service rep kept trying to get me to fix everything else wrong on the car... trying to up sell me after me repeatedly saying no thanks. When I went to pick up the car I paid the cashier and waited a ridiculously long time to have it retrieved. Well over 30 minutes.

Nice good ? ??? Everything was nice, clean comfortable to wave in comfortable lobby courteous I was looking for a phone holder for my car. I didn't see one in the lobby. I would've bought that but everything was great. It was a good day. Chris was awesome and then with the service was quick fast I wasn't there all day. Art is one of the best there he’s quick he gets the problems figured out and get your car out of there in a timely manner. I came twice this week and a couple times in the past and I always work with him. He’s the best.
