No issues. Everyone was polite and helpful. Ok, I previously purchased a new tire from Honda back in August, I thought it was covered by a warranty. The recently the tire got a huge screw in the sidewall. Because I had tires rotated, by Honda it was not covered by Honda WOW! Will was nice and tried to get a discount on the replacement tire which amounted approximately $10 of the price of the new tire. That's was best he could do.
