Not very friendly staff and took my car for service and my hood holder was not left in place I've noticed because my car was making a strange sound. Also I got a package for service that included fluid top off and they did not do so.

The Gardena Honda service center, where I have been brining the Honda Accord that I bought at the dealership close to two years ago has been a dream to work with. I have continued to have my car serviced here, when possible, despite living 14 miles and 35 minutes by car distant. They are courteous, fast and efficient in their work. And they appear to be honest - a vanishing property, sad to say, at many other dealer service facilities.
The service rep (Chris) was very helpful and did not try to oversell other services. He politely said, if I needed any thing done to my vehicle, to call him. He provided me with his business card. I’ll be back!
I appreciate the care for my vehicle and the honesty of the technician. I used to go to Gardena Honda under different management years ago and they tried to price gouge me and did unapproved work on my car and tried to charge me for it. At that point I stopped going there but since new management I decided to try it again and I have to say things have definitely improved. I feel confident now in bringing my car there.
