I told him that the car jerks in the rear and it has been doing it since I purchased it two years ago
Very deceptive, not up front about prices. Charged for something I was told I would only pay if I chose not to fix with Honda. Then you guys stoled two pair of sunglasses from my car. Manager never called back for update on any of this
