The guy Jairon who “helped” me was a complete rude xxxxxxx. Not only did he initially try telling me as I arrived for my appointment that he couldn’t complete my service, but that I was “supposed to arrive with a half tank of gas”. Not a single person informed me of this both when I made my appointment and when I confirmed my appointment.
