I had an excellent experience at the dealership. I was able to drive a loaner while the mechanics fixed my car. The waiting time was short.

Service attendant was attentive and informative about how the service was going along with any additional services that may be recommended. They were not too pushy and provided a discount on some additional services. Some services were recommended before the required service interval however.

Would not honor promotion set by service agent that booked the service. Obvious up sale tactics that added $100 dollars to a simple oil service. Only the service techs were polite. Front desk agents that took payment were too busy on their cellphones to take my money.
