Had an appointment at 2:30 and the dealership was empty. All of a sudden it got full, and people who came after me were getting serviced and left before me. I had a simple oil change and asked to check my tire for a leak. It does not take 3 hours to change oil on a small civic. I even texted the representative. No answer just yappin to his coworkers. Bro even asked for 5 stars or whatever. Me la pela Gardena Honda

Service advisor didn’t really seem interested to have my service. Seemed rushed compared to other dealers. Mechanical service was great though
