My salesman was pleasant to work with, Knowledgeable and personable. After some negotiating, I spoke with a floor manager who could definitely work on his customer service skills. It’s not what he was saying, but how he said it. A condescending tone isn’t the best thing to have with a customer. Also, I never discussed a down payment before meeting with the finance department, but someone, possibly a floor manager, put down a $2,000 down payment amount on my paperwork and the finance agent had to redo my paperwork because I w... read more
