I have been going to Gardena Honda for a long time but almost every time there is a problem. The service reps are more like used car salesmen always wanting to push extra services. I have a major issue in my car and after charging for diagnostic fees they said due to a weak battery they couldn't find a problem (even though battery has been checked previously by them and a third party to be ok). Thankfully the service manager waived the fee but I wasted the day in trying to figure out the problem
Wonderful customer service very friendly helpful and professional would recommend Gardena Honda to everyone I know. Thank you to Christian for getting me in a car.keep up the good work from a very happy customer
