Chris made the whole process so easy. He provided me with great customer service which is rare now and days. His communication regarding my vehicle was perfect. Aside from taking care of my oil change, he was able to take care of the recall my vehicle had that same day. That worked out perfect for me. I am definitely looking forward to having Chris take care of my vehicle as my service advisor, next time I'm in.
