Frank Garcia is a good listener. We told him our situation and what we needed for my daughter. He did not hesitate and pointed us to a great experience. My daughter loves her car. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Very good customer service. The dealership felt so comfortable and welcoming. I absolutely loved my experience. Jasmine in finance made the signing process quick but informative. She carefully explained everything. The receptionist were excellent.
Overall, good experience. Good communication and my car was ready earlier than estimated. Good prices on service, didn't try to upsell me on anything.
