Coupon for oil change was no acceptable according to them! Why have coupons and tell customers it doesn’t or can’t be applied! For customer service it was very nice professional as for the issue with coupon I print out was bad and unpleasant specially with this economy, I thought I can save with Coupon !!! That alone is a big lie extremely unhappy

I really appreciate they complete my service maintenance within a reasonable amount of time since I have to wait for the car. So far I notice the improvements in the car drive after I have a fluid exchange. My service representative William is always pleasant and helpful and the rest of staff workers are also helpful and pleasant. I also appreciate the discount offered three times a week.

It all started by me searching on Google for a 2025 Civic Sport, Gardena Honda was one of the first to pop up with one that had 973 miles on it. So I called the dealership to check and make sure the vehicle was in stock and it was so I was Transferred to sales department. The salesman who answered the phone was David Hernandez. I ask him questions about the vehicle, he answered my questions and so everything was good.
