Waited 4 hours to get a vehicle. Felt rushed when the vehicle came and we didn’t do a walk through. When I got home I found a dent in the back. Now I have to take it in to service and I’m not excited with the prospect of waiting forever to get it fixed.

I got an appointment the same day for oil change and tire rotation. The work was done timely. I don’t know much about cars, but Chris gave me a discount on the recommended transmission fluid replacement/flush at 38,000 miles. Only reason I didn’t rate 5 is because I spent more than I anticipated. Thank

It was all great, the only thing that wasn't perfect was the wait time. For second appointment that was scheduled in advance, after arriving waited 30 minutes
