Being at this dealership made me never want to have to buy a car again! First they said they would hold a car for me, then it wasn’t available. Then they tried to push a new car when I was seeking a pre-owned. I had been told conflicting information about methods to pay the down payment. I had been pre-approved for an interest rate, then told my credit score wasn’t high enough once I was already there. Overall the whole thing gave me whiplash and was not good
