Verified Renter My husband and I have lived at Fountainview for 5 years now and don’t plan on leaving. It has the greatest management-whenever you have an issue, they take care of it right away. Obviously the location is great (except right now with all the construction). Couldn’t have chosen a better place to retire.

Minimal complaints. Maintenance is quick, pool is ... Minimal complaints. Maintenance is quick, pool is a great size, people at the front desk are always nice, gated community with cameras and codes, neighbors are nice.

Keep losing my... (Verified Renter) Keep losing my rental checks and I get a late fee. Package room sucks. Hate barking dogs. BUT always good about notifying residents of updates and concerns for the week

Overall facilities are... (Verified Renter) Overall facilities are well kept and my unit is put together. However, in the winter, walkways have not been shoveled on the bridge between building and parking garage and the top floor of parking was also not plowed till 2 days later
terrible customer service. Terrible customer service! “Amy” hung up on me when I asked her that I’d like to ask more questions regarding the property before I provide her my personal information. Also, they make it impossible to call them directly and want you to just go to the website - typical post COVID work ethic.
Again service success... (Verified Renter) Again service success is hard to gauge, the mess was definitely not appreciated, but the response was quick after I called.
The constant management... (Verified Renter) The constant management changes are the biggest shortcoming for this property and the increased rental rates for those of us that entered into a lease agreement and make timely rent payments through the pandemic, in spite of all the challenges of the pandemic, was a disappointment. It would have been awesome if steady, reliable residents were rewarded, rather than penalized upon renewal.
