Verified Renter Overall living here has been great. The only knock is that guest parking is extremely limited. Requiring a pass for guests is silly, because a lot of guests may come unexpectedly after office hours.
Verified Renter Excellent staff/maintenance teams! Trash and recycling services are nice (Sunday - Thursday). Great location. Close to transit. Lots of safety features.
Verified Renter Staying at the Apartment on the Plaza is an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with modern luxury and impeccable design. The spacious living area offered breathtaking views of the bustling Plaza below, with its vibrant atmosphere. The apartment was tastefully furnished with high-end amenities, and I felt pampered throughout my stay. The fully equipped kitchen made it a joy to prepare meals, and the comfortable bedroom provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploration... read more
Verified Renter Definitely love my place, guest parking is an issue right now though, I am not sure how they are figuring that out but I am very pleased with everything else.
Verified Renter You pay a bit more but they really deliver. I read in some online reviews people complaining about the leasing office response times and the like, but if you go in person the team could not be nicer or more helpful. The place is clean and really conveniently located and everyone seems to care about keeping it a nice place to live.
Verified Renter I have absolutely loved my time at Fountainview! The complex is so nice and I always feel safe. The amenities are fabulous! Many of my friends are jealous!
Verified Renter I loved living here! It is a nice community and close to all the best parts of the Kansas City area! The amenities are also great and provide a lot of features other apartments in the area did not offer.
Verified Renter Resident for 3 fantastic years. Great vibes and friendly neighbors. All top notch amenities including quick access to the plaza. Everybody should consider Fountain View if you’re looking near the plaza
Verified Renter Fountainview is a gorgeous community complex and I’ve loved my time here. Management is always friendly and maintenance gets work orders done as quickly as possible.
