I read in some online reviews people complaining about the leasing office response times and the like, but if you go in person the team could not be nicer or more helpful. The place is clean and really conveniently located and everyone seems to care about keeping it a nice place to live.

Verified Renter Love it here!!! Neighbors are for the most part considerate and friendly. We have lived here two years and have only had to ask for help with one neighbor. Love the gym and pool. Really love the parking structure as we are protected from weather. Any minor problems we have had, have been addressed promptly. It is a great place to live. Comfortable and more.

Verified Renter Overall, I enjoy living at Fountain View. I feel safe within my community and enjoy my apartment. The parking situation for guests is a little frustrating as it makes it difficult for people to be able to come by. I typically am at work when the office is open, so it is very difficult for me to get a pass in person. If there was a way to do so online, that would be great!
