Verified Renter Great staff very understanding about the problems caused by cheap materials used by the property managers. Not too many problems. Issues with things getting done in a timely manner, regarding rent, maintenance, internet etc. I am however happy with the time I lived here, 3 years, but I am a college student so my standards are a bit lower than average.
Verified Renter It is great, the best is the location, walking distance to everything. The place is clean very well maintained, the apartment has very reasonable space and we'll distributed. Lots of natural light. The amenities are worth considering the gym membership prices in other places. The fact that is gated makes it very safe.

Verified Renter this is a really good place to live in. the area is super nice and i have nothing bad to say about it. there were a bit of maintenance difficulties with move-in but those were solved quickly! the managers and staff are good about notifying residents of global changes and even building-specific changes happening.
Verified Renter My experience has been mostly good, I enjoy the actual apartment and location. Management is nice but often times don't all know what is going on so you can get varying answers. Maintenance has always been quick but sometimes doesn't do the cleanest or most professional job. Lately it's been getting better with the communication, I appreciate the newsletter it seems like they are trying to improve.
Verified Renter Apts are in a great location, friendly staff and super cute! I would highly recommend living here, it’s safe and affordable. Pool is awesome too!
Verified Renter The inside of apartment is nice and updated. Clean community and fast maintenance services. Only problem is they will charge you for little things and not give you notice or explanation. Way too overpriced of a complex.
