Verified Renter Just signed lease for 6th year. Must be good sign! Aside from all the crazy construction on and around the Plaza, love where we are. Great amenities, management and super maintenance. Only complaint is no shade provided around the pool area. Hopefully they will bring the umbrellas and cabana curtains back.

Verified Renter We love it here. The community seems really nice and clean. I enjoy my very short commute to work, and I've gotten used to walking my dog daily. It's nice to be able to walk at the nearby park and on the grounds of the community. The missing star is due to the fact that there's no elevator access to my apartment. That's been a very difficult adjustment for us. It would be nice if a chair/package lift of some sort was installed to help bring packages up and down the stairs.

Verified Renter I have really enjoyed my time so far at fountain view. The outside is kept very nice and clean, and they are always doing improvements. I had a leak in my apartment and they came to fix it within five minutes. Very good.

Verified Renter I feel like a star living here! The Fountain View staff are incredibly kind and quick to answer and resolve any questions or concerns. The AC is so nice that sometimes I even get chilly in the middle of a heat wave and the bathtub reminds me of a lavish hotel. I haven't wanted to take a relaxing bath every day since I was a kid! I am grateful I get to live with this community.
