Verified Renter Decent apartments, A/C struggling during the summer. Nice pool with a lot of beds/chairs. Nice gym/workout rooms. Do not leave any personal belongings into your car, or it will get broken into and/or stolen.

Verified Renter I've really enjoyed my experience this year. I have had very minimal issues and when I do the maintenance staff is very quick to help. The one drawback is parking can be very tricky for guests, with limited spots usually available.
Verified Renter Amenities and location are top notch! The pool and grill set up is the ideal summer spot. Maintenance responsiveness could definitely be improved, but overall a nice place to live.
Verified Renter We have lived here 6 years so I guess that says something about Fountain View. Love the amenities (except for no shade at the pool. Maintenance crew is wonderful an friendly. Have yet to try the cleaning service but next on my list.
