Verified Renter Pretty good place to live so far! My only complaint at this point in time is that we have a problem with the lock on one of our doors. We submitted a maintenance request and haven’t heard back in four days. Other than that it’s great!

Verified Renter Apartment was not cleaned between previous tenant and us, with a good amount of dirt, debris, and dust left about. Issues with water leak as soon as we moved in, as well as a light out in the closet and a strange smell coming from the in unit washer. That said, the apartment itself is lovely and spacious, the community is well kept and beautiful, and the area is superb. Maintenance has been very friendly and responsive to the issues we've had so far.

Verified Renter Decent apartments, A/C struggling during the summer. Nice pool with a lot of beds/chairs. Nice gym/workout rooms. Do not leave any personal belongings into your car, or it will get broken into and/or stolen.

Verified Renter I've really enjoyed my experience this year. I have had very minimal issues and when I do the maintenance staff is very quick to help. The one drawback is parking can be very tricky for guests, with limited spots usually available.
Verified Renter Amenities and location are top notch! The pool and grill set up is the ideal summer spot. Maintenance responsiveness could definitely be improved, but overall a nice place to live.
Verified Renter We have lived here 6 years so I guess that says something about Fountain View. Love the amenities (except for no shade at the pool. Maintenance crew is wonderful an friendly. Have yet to try the cleaning service but next on my list.
