Verified Renter Move in was great. a bunch of things were broke when we moved in but response time was super quick to fix issues. Windows need to be cleaned on the outside. Other than that Love the view and the place though.

Verified Renter Overall great service with Madison. However, Dwelo app is still not functioning and the combination code is also not functioning correctly. The amenities are very nice and the gym in my building is very well equipped and there was maintenance staff there this morning, cleaning and stocking supplies. It is disappointing that the loading dock area is a mess and there are old appliances everywhere. The Paxton key works efficiently. Verified Renter Great leasing staff, generally responsive to resident's concerns! Maintenance is awesome, prompt in fixing issues! Love staying in this beautiful property! The only main concern I have is noise -- lots of door slamming that can be heard several levels away from the source, sometimes slamming is so loud the building vibrates. Metro Marina Bay I’ve had a wonderful experience living here. The grounds are always beautifully landscaped, and the building is consistently clean and well-maintained. The leasing and maintenance teams are incredibly attentive! Any minor issue I’ve had has been resolved in less than 24 hours. On top of that, the neighborhood is quiet, safe, and absolutely beautiful, which makes it an even more enjoyable place to live. It truly feels like home.
