Verified Renter Lovely space, it is quiet and a great place to live in KC. I feel very safe here. I love all of the amenities including a dishwasher, oven, laundry room, and big fridge. I also love my room size.

What I love most is the walkabilty! I can shop, bike, picnic, or enjoy the city all without driving my car. I appreciate the many amenities offered on the property and the extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Verified Renter Just signed lease for 6th year. Must be good sign! Aside from all the crazy construction on and around the Plaza, love where we are. Great amenities, management and super maintenance. Only complaint is no shade provided around the pool area. Hopefully they will bring the umbrellas and cabana curtains back.
