Review Beautiful apartment building, staff is responsive ans friendly!
Everything you could want I have lived in this building for over a year and have already resigned for another year! There is so much to love about metro marina bay. For starters the staff in the building is beyond kind and helpful. Rachel and Eileen in the front are always chatting with all of the residents and checking in with them! They both keep everyone in the building very informed about any work being done or any fun events they have planned. Verified Renter This is my second time here, I'm now planning to stay. I like the new touches and have noticed a higher level of cleanliness especially in the garage and less public areas. Maintenance has been great.

Verified Renter The facility is really nice. We enjoy our apartment. The Reserve team are awesome. They work hard to ensure pleasant surroundings and great relationships with residents. Tidyness of buildings could be better but that is not just on staff. The staff works hard to do their jobs the best of their ability.

Train noises get irksome ?? Obnoxious drivers with loud exhaust often speed by, probably taking advantage of the empty road. ?? Millenial grey interior Overall, not bad living here. Has it's advantages. It's a good place for young people or businessmen.

Verified Renter Responsiveness of office has improved greatly. Work orders have been worked on in less time. Grounds are kept very clean. Happy a new fence is going up to hide the trash area. Unfortunately residents don't keep it clean, which is no fault of the leasing staff.

Verified Renter I rate my experience at Buckhead960 4.5/5 stars. I love the spacious and modern apartments, well maintained building, nice gym, friendly staff, resident events, package pickup system, and being walking distance to MARTA, the mall, Path400, and Target. My only complaint is noisy residents at the pool after 10 pm. Quiet hours start at 9 pm and the pool closes at 10 pm so noise after 10 pm is unacceptable and a huge annoyance for residents that live in apartments that face the pool.
