Verified Renter Move in was rather easy but I am having some issues with google fiber. The apartment itself was pretty clean and in good shape upon moving in.

Verified Renter Good quality and safety but they tend to overcharge you a lot for unwanted services that you don't have a say in. Overall a 3/5 experience for sure.

Verified Renter Our apartment was not properly cleaned and repaired before move in. The process of completing our move in payment and getting our keys was unnecessarily complicated.
Verified Renter I love FVOP because it is extremely homey. For example. my home looks and feels like a little cottage. The best feature is the parking garage and easy access to my floor and building.
Verified Renter Great location and safe. Management is responsive and amenities are good. Walking distance to lots of activities in community, including UMKC and Country Club Plaza.

Verified Renter I’ve really enjoyed living here — the apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The location is convenient, and the building amenities are a big plus. Management has generally been responsive and helpful. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of occasional noise and some neighbors smoking, which can be bothersome at times.
