Verified Renter Lovely space, it is quiet and a great place to live in KC. I feel very safe here. I love all of the amenities including a dishwasher, oven, laundry room, and big fridge. I also love my room size.
Verified Renter This is a great community! The location is the best for KC Metro access to delicious food options, shopping, and entertainment without being in the thick of things. What I love most is the walkabilty! I can shop, bike, picnic, or enjoy the city all without driving my car. I appreciate the many amenities offered on the property and the extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Verified Renter Just signed lease for 6th year. Must be good sign! Aside from all the crazy construction on and around the Plaza, love where we are. Great amenities, management and super maintenance. Only complaint is no shade provided around the pool area. Hopefully they will bring the umbrellas and cabana curtains back.

Verified Renter We love it here. The community seems really nice and clean. I enjoy my very short commute to work, and I've gotten used to walking my dog daily. It's nice to be able to walk at the nearby park and on the grounds of the community. The missing star is due to the fact that there's no elevator access to my apartment. That's been a very difficult adjustment for us. It would be nice if a chair/package lift of some sort was installed to help bring packages up and down the stairs.
