Verified Renter I have lived here for about a year now and I love it! The amenities are wonderful, and the management is responsive and efficient. It is very easy to submit a maintenance request, and the front office is easy to get in contact with.
Verified Renter I have lived here for 2 years now. I have had no issues whatsoever. Love the location and love the pool!!!! You really can’t hear all the city noises in the apartment. I love it!
Frequent Car Break-ins These apartments are NOT SAFE and they take no responsibility for it. We get what feels like biweekly emails about cars getting broken into, and that's within a gated complex. Security is sparse and when there is an incident they are not able to intervene. I have also ask multiple times to have the door into my building fixed as I myself have been locked out for taking out the trash. Personally, I don't want to live somewhere that I can get locked out of my own home and have my car stolen.
Verified Renter Move in was rather easy but I am having some issues with google fiber. The apartment itself was pretty clean and in good shape upon moving in.
Verified Renter The pool opened really late and we have been waiting for a maintainer issue for so long. The neighborhood is nice and the property is well maintained

Verified Renter Good quality and safety but they tend to overcharge you a lot for unwanted services that you don't have a say in. Overall a 3/5 experience for sure.

Verified Renter Our apartment was not properly cleaned and repaired before move in. The process of completing our move in payment and getting our keys was unnecessarily complicated.
