Verified Renter Love it! The amenities are great and the staff is helpful! We have had to submit a few maintenance requests which sometimes take a while, but other than that it’s a fun environment!
Verified Renter Moved here a month ago and 1/3 of our maintenance requests have been completed. The one that was completed caused a flood and still waiting on the other two that I have put in three weeks ago. When I moved in they assigned me a visitor spot in the garage and then a spot someone else already had twice before they found me a spot. And when I moved in to grab my keys, I sent them an email stating I would grab my keys as soon as they opened at 10:30 and I was waiting outside until 12 to grab them.
Verified Renter Everyone has been extremely helpful and answering all the questions that we’ve had so far. The apartment itself has a great community and it’s located in a primal spot.
Verified Renter Buildings are beginning to show their age. Our mailbox doesn’t lock. People come and go through the main entrance all the time. Even though we use our keys to open the building door, it doesn’t always close so anyone can come in. Love the maintenance crew, they have always been great and timely when we have a request. Office staff is always friendly and helpful.
Verified Renter Overall am having a pleasant experience. There are definitely some cons, as with any apartment but nothing that makes the living experience unbearable. So far I am enjoying living here and look forward to fun experiences while living here in the future.
Verified Renter I have lived here for about a year now and I love it! The amenities are wonderful, and the management is responsive and efficient. It is very easy to submit a maintenance request, and the front office is easy to get in contact with.
Verified Renter I have lived here for 2 years now. I have had no issues whatsoever. Love the location and love the pool!!!! You really can’t hear all the city noises in the apartment. I love it!
Frequent Car Break-ins These apartments are NOT SAFE and they take no responsibility for it. We get what feels like biweekly emails about cars getting broken into, and that's within a gated complex. Security is sparse and when there is an incident they are not able to intervene. I have also ask multiple times to have the door into my building fixed as I myself have been locked out for taking out the trash. Personally, I don't want to live somewhere that I can get locked out of my own home and have my car stolen.
