Verified Renter Still dealing with roaches in the kitchen, which is super annoying and honestly should’ve been handled by now. Other than that, it’s an okay place to live. The location’s good, the area’s pretty quiet, and overall it’s not the worst spot. But seriously, the bug problem makes it hard to fully enjoy living here.

The community is in a vibrant neighborhood w/ shops & restaurants just below the apartments, making it a trendy area that attracts visitors on weekends even if they don’t live here. Verified Renter need a squat rack in gym and need more places to do actual weight lifting in gym. there are not enough places for that. i feel there are only bikes there for cardio and free weights are not the same thing
