Verified Renter Great apartment with good amenities. Pool & gym are nice. Maintenance responds quickly to maintenance problems. Staff in the office can do a better job of answering the phone and returning phone calls
Verified Renter All the workers in the front desk are always nice and helpful especially for the young adults who are barely learning the adult life to pay rent and everything else. Every time I put in a maintenance request either someone comes the same day or the day after.

Verified Renter I have enjoyed living here for the past couple of months. I think that the parking situation has been kind of unfair to guests and those who chose not to pay for a space. I also think that having to get a guest pass every day even if you live there is sort of ridiculous.
Verified Renter This is by far the best apartment I've lived in. Great amenities, kind and responsive staff, and a beautiful apartment community. I love the walk in closet, garden style tub, and outdoor space. It's perfectly located to all of the happenings on the plaza and westport, but its still super quiet and peaceful.
Verified Renter I like it here. There were a few maintenance issues in the beginning of my lease but they got resolved quickly. Love the prompt communication with residents and staff and the willingness for them to help out. Overall great place.
Verified Renter The group in the front office have been very helpful and accommodating. The neighbors I have met in passing have all been very nice. No issue with noise. The apartment is quite spacious. I’m also excited to have covered parking again.
