Verified Renter It is a good building but the trash system is not the best. The amenities are beatiful and the location is close to everything in Kansas City.
Verified Renter Overall, I enjoy living at Fountain View. I feel safe within my community and enjoy my apartment. The parking situation for guests is a little frustrating as it makes it difficult for people to be able to come by. I typically am at work when the office is open, so it is very difficult for me to get a pass in person. If there was a way to do so online, that would be great!

Verified Renter I love my space! The leasing team has been nothing but supportive and helpful from the minute. I toured the apartment complex to my move-in date! They continue to be helpful and respond anytime I have a question or concern. I have a six month lease, but I can feel at this point I will want to renew for longer. It truly feels like home!

Verified Renter Nice apartment, leasing office are very nice and helpful, solving problems and issues fast. They response really quickly when I send emails. Easy to pay your rent by the application and could be used for submitting a service for the maintenance.
Verified Renter I have loved my experience living at fountain view on the plaza. I have a one bedroom unit and it is the perfect space and size for someone who is living alone. The staff is very friendly and makes an effort to make living here feel like you are apart of a community. They put on special events and breakfasts for the residents each month. There are also several valuable amenities here including a gym, outdoor pool, and pet grooming station.
Verified Renter This is the best place to stay near the plaza and UMKC with all the best view you can see the country club Kansas City and plaza through your windows. This is the best place to stay as current resident.

Verified Renter Guess my review of Fountain View on the Plaza says it all since my husband and I just signed our lease for the 5th year! Great management, great maintenance, pool, location etc. Been very happy here for las 5 years.
