Verified Renter Place has detiorated a lot. The parking area has garbage lying around, the elevator is always down. The front office people are rude. It's sad as this used to be a fun place to live.

Verified Renter We love living at Fountain View and truly call this our home! The staff are always helpful, kind and want to do a great job. The gym is wonderful to utilize especially in the super heat waves and extreme cold temperatures. The pool is our oasis during the summer. The style of the apartment is modern and the layout is very well thought out for living comfortably and efficiently with usage of space.

Verified Renter My main complaint is gross stairwells. I’m embarrassed to invite anyone over because the stairwell and landing by my apartment has bird poop and some other unknown substance on it. Also, floors are paper thin, I’ve had a neighbor complain about me making too much noise, and the people above me sound like they are building a house, when I know they are just living life.
