It was great, at first.. FVOP was great at first, we did have a lot of maintenance requests but it's an older place so that was to be expected. Since the sprinkler project started,there has been continuous construction throughout the whole complex. I hear loud hammering and machines outside my window on a daily basis starting at 7am for a new staircase. They started to redo the hallway a week and a half ago and no progress has been made. Not worth the price tag Too many problems with this place. Submitted 25 tickets during my stay from broken air conditioner, electrical outlets, dishwasher, leaking garbage disposal, horrible smell from pipes, leaking sinks and toilets. IT LOOKS NICE YEAH! But its all broken and old underneith. Master bedroom wouldn't heat during winter or cool during summer. Air Conditioner is so loud you need your remote handy to turn up and down the volume as it turns on and off. Staff isn't friendly. They care more for a dollar earned tha... read more

Fountanview on the Plaza Just moved a month ago today. Upgraded stainless steel appliance and beautiful kitchen with island, Fixtures are very modern and stylish. Large tub for soaking sore muscle at night. Beautiful garden, sparkling pool with separate lounging chairs and enormous barbecue area. State of the art gym equipment as well as walking trails. Fountain View, Bang for your Buck on the Plaza I have been living at Fountain View for a few months now, and I must say that this is the best apartment complex I have been a part of. The staff is helpful and friendly, the pool is awesome and the apartment has plenty of space and is quiet. Fountain View does a good job of keeping residents informed via email and text blasts and occasionally throws pool parties and brunches.
