The staff just... (Verified Renter) The staff just makes things really difficult. The maintenance team is really awesome. But the apartment staff is unresponsive, rude, and really unhelpful.

(Verified Renter) Overall, weâ??ve had a pretty good experience but my biggest issues are the safety issues (our car has been broken into twice this summer) with little regard from the office staff. Also, the parcel pending room is a disaster. We never get codes/notifications to retrieve our packages and the actual room is a mess making finding a package impossible.

Many apartments include... (Verified Renter) Many apartments include common areas that are open 24/7. For example, people could access the "office" area anytime with a key fob and there is wifi, places to sit for work if you need to get out of your apartment. This is important moving forward considering the work-from-home lifestyle with Covid.

Keep Looking FVOP is an alright place to live and I think alright is maybe even pushing it. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and my lease is up this summer and I couldn’t be more excited to move on from this property. (Reason I renewed my lease is 100% due to location and school - oh and the car break-in happened after I renewed ?? ) Yes, this apartment has some nice looking amenities and the location is great but that’s all the management team really seems to care about.
