The constant management... (Verified Renter) The constant management changes are the biggest shortcoming for this property and the increased rental rates for those of us that entered into a lease agreement and make timely rent payments through the pandemic, in spite of all the challenges of the pandemic, was a disappointment. It would have been awesome if steady, reliable residents were rewarded, rather than penalized upon renewal.

My car has personally been towed while parking in the spot that I was assigned to when I first moved in. We have been charged a late fee for rent when the apartments website was down and we were unable to pay. We have had many issues with the delivery system and have had packages go missing and the office responds by saying there is nothing they can do. The staff just... (Verified Renter) The staff just makes things really difficult. The maintenance team is really awesome. But the apartment staff is unresponsive, rude, and really unhelpful.
Overall, weâ??ve had... (Verified Renter) Overall, weâ??ve had a pretty good experience but my biggest issues are the safety issues (our car has been broken into twice this summer) with little regard from the office staff. Also, the parcel pending room is a disaster. We never get codes/notifications to retrieve our packages and the actual room is a mess making finding a package impossible.
The maintenance staff... (Verified Renter) The maintenance staff is courteous and professional. But, most importantly, the staff always treats my dog with kindness and affection.
Many apartments include... (Verified Renter) Many apartments include common areas that are open 24/7. For example, people could access the "office" area anytime with a key fob and there is wifi, places to sit for work if you need to get out of your apartment. This is important moving forward considering the work-from-home lifestyle with Covid.
