Verified Renter Buildings are beginning to show their age. Our mailbox doesn’t lock. People come and go through the main entrance all the time. Even though we use our keys to open the building door, it doesn’t always close so anyone can come in. Love the maintenance crew, they have always been great and timely when we have a request. Office staff is always friendly and helpful.

The property management and maintenance team has been exceptional as they are always responsive and professional. If you're looking to live in the West Loop, this is a great place to start.

Verified Renter The community is fabulous. Everyone is friendly. The front desk know each resident and are pleasant to interact with. During our leasing process, we didn’t see the apartment in person so there were some surprises after moving in. The two biggest were: 1) the garage is not climate controlled and 2) the door staff is not present from 11PM-7am.

Verified Renter We are loving the Parker so far! You can’t beat the location, friendly staff, or amenities. I love waking up and going to the community room to get my free latte. We have only lived here a week and have had a bbq restaurant cater, donuts and a happy hour. Definitely recommend!
