Verified Renter Beautiful building in the heart of Charlotte. Great location, amenities quiet apartments, and a team that is the best. Lots of fun events and community experiences to enjoy.
Verified Renter The cost of living is decent compared with what you get for living here. The gym, pool, location are not bad for Plano, TX. It was a challenge working with the leasing team. It took almost 3 months to get a lease signed as they are short staffed.

Verified Renter I have lived here for about a year now and I love it! The amenities are wonderful, and the management is responsive and efficient. It is very easy to submit a maintenance request, and the front office is easy to get in contact with.

Response times to maintenance requests are very quick. The pool is great in the summer. My only thought for improvement would be better upkeep of the small dog park.
