Verified Renter So far, I love everything about the grand. It’s the safest apartment complex of ever stayed. I love being close to the shopping stores and restaurants. I love hanging out at the roof top after work. I enjoyed the walking trail as well, and all the other amenities. However, there’s a little bit of inconvenience with the gate breaking down. If it wasn’t for the person behind me, who has his toll tag connected to the gate system I would not have been able to pass through the gate and park my car.

Verified Renter The property is not maintained. There is constantly garbage around the property and overflowing the compactor, vehicles that are broken in the parking lot for a year, and amenities that haven't worked in more than 2 years.
