Verified Renter I love everyone from Lease Office to Maintenance, they're all great and helpful people. The location is very convenient for me, I can easily go to work, Marta, Lenox Mall, groceries...all without a car. But I had a few issues in my apartment when I moved in that lasted almost 3 months (the apartament was not neat and clean, had pest issues - mostly spiders), I didn't feel safe. Verified Renter So far I’ve had a package stolen from my door and I’ve only been able to park at my building Twice since I’ve moved in. I usually park at Building 9 or the Clubhouse due to all the non residents parking in residents spots. This includes the Handicap Parking spots too. I wish the place would enforce the parking policy or designate spots for residents.

Verified Renter i have issues with maintenance and things being done in a timely manner. they have left my apartment door unlocked twice now. communication just needs to be better between them together and with residents as well

Glad that what they advertised was actually correctly applied to our account! Office ladies are wonderful showing us how to apply for and use various apps to make our living here comfortable and enjoyable! We even got to meet the district manager as we were checking in. Verified Renter Overall, it's okay. positives: Cool, old architecture, spacious apartment w/washer, dryer, dish washer and central air, no issues finding parking spots, updated kitchen, maintenance will usually address issues quickly, great views from apartment windows, and generally quiet (when theres no construction going on).
