Verified Renter Overall, I am very happy living at Fountain View. The location is great and I enjoy my amenities! I've had some difficulties in the past such as frozen pipes, a big problem, air conditioning going out, etc, but on the whole I enjoy living here!

Verified Renter I love living at fountain view. The location is great! It’s walking distance from the plaza and only 10 minutes from downtown KC. The complex offers many great amenities such as a gym, pool, and dog spa!

Verified Renter I really enjoy living at FVOP. All my interactions with the staff have been fantastic. Shout to the head of maintenance for sure, that guy knows his stuff! The vibe of the current office is staff is totally my jam, super friendly, knowledgeable and very professional.
Verified Renter Management is very dismissive of problems and have to constantly pester to get anything to happen. Security seems great when touring, but is very different. In my apartment, we had one car stolen and another broken into 2 nights in a row. Okay least 11 cars were stolen or broken into over 2 nights, and office was extremely unhelpful. Wouldn’t listen to our concerns, provide concrete solutions or improvements to security, etc.
