Verified Renter We had to submit too many maintaince requests that took too long for us to get fixed. The main issue is that the buildings are old so cold and hot air makes its way into all the apartments. It is a pretty place to live and is close to many different things as well. Nice amenities

Verified Renter Staff and maintenance have had challenges with cold weather and renovations. They have handled them professionally. I made a maintenance request in the morning and it was completed by mid afternoon. The staff is personable and helpful. This is a well run organization.

Verified Renter I've enjoyed living here. The location can't be beat. It's right across the street from the park. I can easily walk to shopping and restaurants. Maintenance is always right on point. There is never a long wait.
Verified Renter Pretty nice apartments. A bit on the expensive side, but that's what you get for such a good location and responsive maintenance. Only issue is having to use Fetch for the mail service which makes getting packages take longer than it should, but overall a fairly minor issue.
Verified Renter Community is pretty quiet, definitely not a place filled with nightly partiers in my experience. Assigned parking is wonderful. Management tends to be slow in their response to concerns and guest parking is sometimes difficult to secure.
Verified Renter I love the staff here they’re so helpful and friendly. At all the other big apartment complexes I’ve lived in, if there was ever a problem that came up I felt like I had to go back and forth fighting with the staff for weeks to get anything done and constantly follow up over and over if I wanted something fixed but here it’s the complete opposite and everyone seems to genuinely care.
