Worse Car Buying Experience Ever I purchased a new AMG GLE63 S Coupe on February 11, 2017. It is the worse car buying experience in my life. The ordering and timely delivery of the car were fine. Documentation was a horror. Four months later, I am still trying to resolve the endless problems it caused. First, I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. Despite a 800-plus credit report, 90K cash downpayment on a $135K car with the rest provided by non-MB outside financing, they required four ID's, plus they fingerprinted... read more

Quick, professional, courteous Donn and all the staff were very customer service oriented and worked hard to get us the best deal. In less than 2 hours we drove off the lot with a beautiful car.
