autohaus on edens The most terrible service that can be, do not waste your time. I scheduled appointment to the service and requested a loaner car (Confirmation Code:X05KWEL38X), I took time off from work and arrived to the dealership "autohouse on edens", but as it appeared the loaner car is unavailable and suggest to arrive in 5 days one more time. I had a very negative customer service experience with Mercedes Benz Autohaus On Edens. I test drove a AMG63 Wagon on the lot. The car was not sold at that period of time. Immediately following my test drive, I agreed to purchase the vehicle. We agreed to pay $20k over MSRP. Nobody had agreed to purchase it at that point in time. We began to fill out paperwork. The only thing they are good at is taking money from people. Had my car in their shop 3 times and everything they take more and more money and still the original problem is NOT fixed. CROOKS !!!!!!!
Awful experience buying a used Mercedes. These people seemed nice at first but they aren't out for you and refuse to do the right thing. Tom Berry and AJ were deceptive is all I can say. Be wary dealing with these folks. There are more upstanding Mercedes dealers that don't employ corner lot sales tactics. Do not recommend them for buying a car.

Without hesitation this dealership is the worst for service I have ever experienced, they are worst than any car service department across the board. I’m so unimpressed! Sales man never sent a thank you. Never received a call that our tags were in… Made an appointment for an emergency repair to tires…arrived the next day and we weren’t on the schedule….we’re told it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes to wait… Asked for a loaner car and 40 minutes later we’re still waiting to get one… So much for The Hype of excellent customer service
my name Anthony b. 2019 300c total mileage 19000 i lease my car continnal tire245/40 18 inch warrantee 60000 miles 2 back tires now Aaron Perrine service manager tried to contact sales rep. and said they cant do it.my opinion Chapman is not customer friendly im driving with bad back tires,Buyer Beware make sure your not taken for a ride. the happy part mercedes of Gilbert is try to get me another car in my range. Horrible service don’t go there to service your car, will take them a month for something can be done in a day and management don’t care to provide you a good experience.
