Customer Service Customer service is the best ! Everyone - greeters, service advisor, car rental/loaner staff (Enterprise), billing staff are friendly and professional. The young lady who arranged for my loaner car was extraordinary. At the last minute she found an SUV model I requested - and literally ran outside to find me and change the car asdignment ! I wish I remembered her name - she went beyond expectations. My service advisor, Steve Henry, is the best - always welcoming and keeps me informed throughout the process. ... read more
