This is the 4th Audi I have owned, definitely my last. The performance of the car is basic, but will get you from point A to point B. The primary frustration is that the AudiConnect app never works. It is sold as a great tool to monitor and control your vehicle, however has only worked 1 out of the 6 months I have owned the vehicle. I called twice and the woman answering told me that they would call me back. I almost never write bad reviews but they still havent called back and I am so upset by my recent experience that I find myself just having to share it. I Went in to get safety recalls taken care of, since I was leaving it for a couple days I decided to pay for a total inside detailing. I have never felt so violated in my life. i was lied to over and over, and ripped off for 38,000. I KNOW! UNBELIEVABLE!! THEY LURED ME THERE TO TEST DRIVE A CAR AND WHEN I GOT THERE IT WAS GONE. Then they went to work on me. The sales people work together to pull it off. I was lied to over and over and over again at every facet off the transaction. Do not go here. Please.
Nice dealership, unfortunately, the salesman who sold the car wasn't helpful in solving a title issue. To be honest, the title problem was caused by the customer, not the dealership nor any of its employees. The ones who helped solve the problem, were Bretnsy Murillo, the receptionist and a young lady doing sales that day. They were great and investigated the matter and found the solution in less than an hour. Maybe one of them should be them manager.
Gross negligence displayed by staff! I purchased a vehicle last April from out of state. I traveled to the dealership in Denver to inspect the vehicle and make sure everything was ok, which it was, so I paid up, signed the papers and returned to my home state, with the promise by salesmen John Mattis and Dmitri Kouznetsov that they would handle the collection and transportation of my car two days later with the utmost professionalism.
