Vince was tremendously helpful with the purchase of my new car. I felt welcomed and comfortable when I arrived. Dealerships can pressure you to make an impulsive purchase or even upgrade and that was not the case. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. My daughter and I visited Park Place. Our sales experience has been absolutely terrible. After purchasing her vehicle, the sales man delivered the vehicle to her place of employment. While there the 50 year sales man proceeded to make suggestive comments toward my 25 year old daughter- going as far as asking her out for drinks. Never ever buy Mercedes here at Alfano Mercedes in San Luis Obispo California I’ve enjoyed my Mercedes SLK my ML 350 my 3500 sprinter 4x4 until serviced at Alfano motors i took van in for injector covered by extended warrantee. It ran fine smooth but check engine light on. they did #3 then van barely ran knocked ran rough as heck. Would give a negative star if possible! I brought car in for a factory recall on fuel pump replacement. Few days later I picked up the car, found a new scratch on left front wheel. I reported to the receptionist (service advisor was off that day). 3 days later, SA sent me a link to a "drop-off walkthrough video". It began with the left front wheel, there is a red smear on the wheel. But When I examined in slow-motion, that smear apparently was brushed onto video through computer graphic technics. Dealer Bergstrom Mercedes Appleton Took our 2021 GLC 300 in for recall for the fuel pump they had a loaner ready for use. There was a worn spot on drivers seat which I asked if they could take care while here Sergio was the service advisor he argued with me and said it would not be covered before talking to Mercedes. After review with Mercedes the seat was covered under warranty They performed a multi point inspection of the car and informed me that it needed tires there was only 20000 miles on them and they had life left ... read more
