I bought a 1 year old 8,000 mile Chevy Express from Mercedes-Benz of Oxnard only to find when I got it home that it had been poorly repainted in several areas, with obvious masking lines and paint over-spray onto plastic trim pieces. I was extremely disappointed that they would sell a car like this. It had a clean CarFax report and they made no mention to me that it had been repainted. I expected better from a Mercedes dealer. I drove an 1 hour to go to Euro motors to purchase a 2018 GLA the salesmen Eric help me. He had the vehicle waiting when I arrived. I looked over the vehicle and noticed nicks in the paint on the hood the door as well as what looked to be paint chipping on the rear driver side door,inside it looked as if the previous owner had a cell phone mount still affix to the interior of the car and it was only one key to the car. I am always very happy when I go to the Mercedes dealership. I am always treated well. The entire staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Very different that most dealerships. Usually the service department is the most frustrating department, but this is not so at this Mercedes dealership. And the mechanic, John, listened and fixed a problem I have had with my back hatch for 2 years. Thank you!
