Fletcher Jones Service Dept is Phenomenal! I called in an hour before they closed , on a busy summer Saturday for a quick check on a tire issue so I could take off for a weekend trip to Vegas and Peter Dillion ( my service provider) did not let me down! He took care of the issue within a half hour and sent me on my way even more impressed with this dealership!

Excellent Service Offered by Steve Henry Steve is exceptional in making sure his customer needs are met. This is what brings me back and also wants me to purchase my next car at Fletcher. The only comment I have to make which is out of Steve's control is the wait time for my car after I cashed out. I had to wait 45 minutes to get my car. Your millennial generation doesn't seem to give any care to customer service. This needs to be addressed.

It's like a Country Club This was my first time getting a wellness checkup at FJ Motors. My service rep Stephanie was very gracious and efficient, she walked me through every step of the way. And all the personnel I encountered were extremely kind and courteous. And the customer waiting rooms with cafe are very comfortable and spacious. Pretty sweet!
